This course provides the learner with an overview of all aspects of cancer pharmacology. Topics include: Science of chemotherapy, clinical chemotherapy delivery, chemotherapy-related side effects, drugs in supportive oncology, complementary and alternative medicines, economics of drug discovery, and Canadian cancer drug access. This course is intended for all healthcare professionals who work with cancer patients but who do not necessarily have expertise in chemotherapy.
