The ECG in Imaging: The Essentials

The ECG in Imaging: The Essentials

The ECG is central to non-invasive cardiac imaging and technologists are expected to use the ECG in gating, triggering and patient safety monitoring in their daily practice. Few, however, have had formal instruction on how to recognise rhythms and use the ECG to optimize imaging parameters. This short course is aimed at basic ECG rhythm recognition and how to use it to optimize cardiac imaging parameters.
