This online educational series provides in-depth information about the needs and challenges of many different patient populations, and how to engage with them. The Diverse Populations series will prepare you to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all patients. The series includes information about the elderly, pediatric patients and the physically and mentally disabled. Cultural competency, health literacy and care for the chronically ill also are included.
