This session will explore how to harness the power of social media to build a thriving community and raise awareness about the dynamic MRT professions. In February of 2022, our program at BCIT created an Instagram account that has been very successful in increasing engagement and awareness. Get ready to unlock the potential of social media for MRTs!

– Identify and utilize appropriate and useful social media platforms for MRT community building.
– Learn strategies for creating engaging and informative MRT content, and explore the power of advocacy and public awareness in promoting our professions to increase our chronically understaffed workforce.
