Project management is the application of a body of knowledge including language, principles and practices that help teams plan and organize their efforts to complete projects successfully and efficiently. The goal of this course is to prepare learners with an understanding of project management principles, the tools and techniques used, the quality expected in the context of healthcare, the roles of those involved, modelling and improvement processes and strategic planning and evaluation.
