– Understand the unique features of venous thrombogenesis and implications for treatment.
– Discuss the new nomenclature for pelvic venous disorders (PeVD).
– Reach the diagnosis of non-thrombotic versus thrombotic PeVD and review of post-thrombotic syndrome.
– Understand the multi-disciplinary approach in managing patients with complex PeVD.
– Review of SIR guidelines of endovascular management for acute DVT and chronic iliofemoral venous obstruction.
