This course will provide the learner with an introduction to health care ethics and provide analytical tools for ethical decision making.
The course will explore ethical theory, consent to treatment and decision making, privacy and confidentiality, professional ethics, research ethics, and end of life issues. Through inquiry and case studies, contemporary ethical dilemmas will be examined.
