This webinar session will provide an overview of a global health radiology non-profit’s mission, how global health programs are sustainably designed and implemented, will present real examples of global health radiology programs and their impact, and the role of technologists, therapists, and sonographers.

Learning Objectives:
– Present & discuss radiology infrastructure, clinical workflow and resource assessment methods for measuring the scarcity of radiology in low-resource regions and medically underserved populations.
– Develop a comprehensive understanding of how healthcare outcomes in medically underserved areas can be surveyed and analyzed longitudinally for defining global health objectives and measuring non-profit program impact.
– Learn about methods for on-site and remote (internet-based) education of radiologists, radiology residents, technologists, nurses, and informatics specialists in global health outreach.
– Present and discuss the role of technologists, therapists, and sonographers in global health radiology.
